For international calls to countries that use country codes*:
Dial 10-10-987 + 011 + country code + number

For international calls to countries that use area codes:
Dial 10-10-987 + 1 + area code + number

Plus there are no separate bills. 10-10-987 charges appear on your local phone bill!

* - Effective 11/04/06, customers calling from the United States to a mobile or wireless number in Mexico
must dial a "1" after the Mexico country code of "52" and before the 10-digit local number.
